Music Together is an internationally recognized early childhood music program for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and the adults who love them.  Registration includes 10 forty-five minute classes beginning week of Jan. 11, 2010, an illustrated songbook and a C.D.

Robin Robinson is the Center Director and Teacher for Robinsongs For Kids which offers Music Together classes.  She comes to Ann Arbor from New York City where she was both a performer and a music teacher.  She has been teaching Music Together for nine years, in some of Manhattan's premiere centers.  Prior to teaching she was a musical theater actress, performing on Broadway, and a singer songwriter whose album, "Copacetic", was released on an independent label.  She holds a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Michigan.  Robin brings her musical skills and performing experience to her teaching and believes whole heartedly in the Music Together principle that "everyone is musical"!

This practice intends to heat up the body promoting increased flexibility while detoxifying and strengthening your entire being.
Classic Sun Salutations combined with variations of these, help the body regain its natural range of motion, providing overall health and well-being. The class moves at a comfortable pace, making it a welcoming environment for all interested to come.
First time yogis are welcomed!
First class is $5.00, $13 drop in fee, $115 10 class card. Expires 3 months from purchase date.  Good for both Posture Yoga & Ashtanga Flow.

How to prepare for your yoga practice:
  • Refrain from eating 2 hours prior to class.  A small snack of nuts, fruit, or portein shake is ok if you feel you need to boost your energy.
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • Please turn off cell phones and pagers prior to class.
  • We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, however, we dohave a limited number of mats to borrow.

The Friday Night Swing Dance party includes a free beginner lesson at 8pm which covers the swing basics and another dance move every week, and then open dancing at 8:45pm featuring two different swing DJs every week.  Dance styles include lindy hop, east coast swing, charleston, blues, and balboa.  We are very beginner friendly!
Cost:  $5 / $3 with student ID (full time student at any school)
